Actor Idris Elba, one of the first celebrities to test positive for the novel coronavirus, said during a new interview that the pandemic is Earth’s revenge against the human race.
The “Luther” star, who is self-isolating with his wife who also tested positive, sat down for a video interview with Oprah Winfrey on Sunday and he spoke about how the illness opened his eyes to how humans had “damaged” the world.
“One of the upsides of this whole drama is that we are forced to think together as a race,” Mr. Elba said, The Independent reported. “Our world has been taking a kicking. We have damaged our world, and it’s no surprise that our world is reacting to the human race. Continue reading…
